Description: Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Peekskill, New York, until Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 11:00am at City Hall, 840 Main Street, Peekskill, New York 10566, and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in said office. No bids will be accepted after saidtime and date. The work for Bid No. 2026-004 consists of the rehabilitation of the James Street parking Garage at the intersection of South James Street and Park Street in Peekskill, New York. The work includes concrete deck repairs, structural steel repairs, guardrail repairs, stair repairs, masonry repairs, joint repairs, pavement markings, concrete deck sealer application, maintenance and protection of traffic, and associated work. The Work is divided into a Base Bid and Additive Alternate(s) as described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor must comply with State provisions under the contract. The Project consists of a Base Bid and/or Additive Alternates 1 and 2, as described in detail in Section K – Technical Specifications and on the Contract Drawings.
