The Minnesota Department of Health intends to enter into a 1-time contracted agreement with Hue Life and intends to purchase 2 Conference Registrations for Mastering ToP (Technology of Participation). Hue Life offers guidance, research, and information, as well as materials to help organizations with daily work in these areas. This course is an extensive 1 yearlong course.

This renewal has been deemed a single source as Hue Life is the only organization that can provide the necessary resources for the Minnesota Department of Health's Injury Prevention and Mental Health Division to perform the daily work to help keep the daily lives on Minnesotans safe and healthy.
