Description:		The County of Kern, through Kern Behavioral Health & Recovery Services, is issuing this RFI to gather information from qualified Foster Family Agencies interested in providing Therapeutic Foster Care and specialty mental health services for children and youth up to age 21 referred by the SMART Committee. The County intends to select two providers.
