Scope of Work:

Provide and install a stackable washer and dryer, including all electrical, plumbing and venting as per drawings and specifications.

Sealed bids for the Installation of Washer and Dryer at Pleasant Valley Elementary School and Smithridge STEM Academy will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on May 28, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).

There will be a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting held at 3:30 p.m. on May 13, 2025, at Smithridge STEM Academy (Meet In Front Of The Office) 4801 Neil Road, Reno, NV 89502, the meeting will continue to Pleasant Valley Elementary School, 405 Surrey Drive, Reno, NV 89511 and conclude there. Due to access and coordination involved in this project we highly recommend that contractors walk the project site that we are making available.
