BID #25-05 – RAMONA SCHOOL ROOFING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 2026

NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS SUBMITTING BIDS FOR THIS WORK:

You are hereby notified of the following changes, clarifications or modifications to the original Contract

Documents, Project Manual, Drawings, Specifications, and subsequent Addenda. This Addendum shall

supersede the original; Contract Documents, and previous Addenda wherein it contradicts the same and shall

take precedence over anything to the contrary therein. All other conditions remain unchanged.

CHANGES AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS TO THE PROJECT MANUAL, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, DRAWINGS AND

SPECIFICATIONS:

CLARIFICATION/CHANGES/ADDITIONS TO THE PROJECT MANUAL:

1. Updated Bid Opening date: Friday, April 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM

2. Updated Notice of Intent to Award: Tuesday, April 28, 2026

3. Remove the reference to Roof Retrofit in Section 070150.19. Roofs are to be completely removed

down to the decking and replaced.

1. Could the District provide the as-builts as an addendum, as discussed during the job walk with the

District representative?
