Summary

The City of Kingman is soliciting quotes for refinishing wood flooring. Resurfacing of wood flooring upstairs in the Mezzanine at the Kingman Visitor Center . The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. This procurement is being solicited as an Intermediate Purchase where an informal competitive process is required.

Background

The work will take place in the Kingman Visitor Center. The address is 120 W Andy Devine Ave., Kingman AZ 86401. The upstairs wood flooring is in need to be refurbished and sanding down and applying new finish. The over all square footage is approximately 1,225Ft. The facility is open seven days a week between 8am - 5pm. Some work maybe able to be completed during operating hours and some work outside of operating hours to minimize business operations. A site visit with a member of our team can be scheduled in advance during operating hours Monday through Friday.
