The District reserves the right to reject a proposal for any reason; to accept any proposal that it

deems in its best interest; or to reject all proposals and solicit new proposals.

The District further reserves the right to waive any technicalities and/or requirements in this

specification. The District reserves the right to negotiate with selected qualified vendor(s).

The District is a tax-exempt entity pursuant to Chapter 144, RSMO. A copy of the official

Missouri Tax exemption certificate will be provided to the successful vendor.
