Description: Notice to Bidders Village of Western Springs, IL 60558 Sealed proposals for the Western Springs SPRINGDALE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT will be received at the office of Western Springs Village Clerk, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, IL 60558 until 10:00 AM (local time) on March 24, 2025, immediately after which time and at the same location all bids will be publicly opened and read. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Western Springs Village Hall, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, IL 60558 at 10:00 AM (local time) on March 10, 2025. Plans and proposal forms will be available electronically for a $30 fee on QuestCDN #9247781 via the CBBEL website at www.cbbel.com/bidding-info . Work includes stormwater basin excavation, storm sewer installation, sanitary sewer installation, water main replacement, roadway restoration, parkway/landscaping restoration, and park/ballfield restoration. Contractors must be IDOT Prequalified for 012-Drainage.  This project is partially funded by the MWRD Stormwater Partnership Program. Bids shall be in compliance with MWRD requirements.
