Summary

The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from qualified offerors to provide the City of Norfolk (the “City”) with registration and enforcement of online short-term rental (Homestay and Vacation Rental) address identification services in accordance with the scope of work and requirements set out in this solicitation. The City may enter into an Agreement with one (1) successful offeror who is responsive to all facets of this solicitation.
