Project Description: The City of Goodyear (“City”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified professional engineering firms (“Consultant”) to be considered for a design services, and possible construction administration and inspection services, for project 42093 – Estrella Pkwy & Yuma Rd-Inside the Goodyear Blvd Loop Road Improvements, (“project”). Only Consultants capable of providing the requested professional service will receive consideration. All processes will be conducted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes, ARS, Title 34.
