RFP 1624 Renovations: Stone Hall Kitchen

Bid Proposals: The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal 1624 Renovations: Stone Hall Kitchen by May 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.

Scope of Services Overview: The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: Work shall include, but not limited to, conversion of existing residence room (151) to a community kitchen for student use; new flooring, millwork, countertops, appliances, wall finishes, ceiling finishes, and lighting. Work also includes new entry door and glass windows.
