Project Description: The Request for Proposal (RFP) for UT Health RGV Medical Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing, Coding, Insurance Follow-Up Collections and Accounts Receivable Management Services for UT Health RGV (clinical enterprise). Services will be performed remotely (off site); thus, Contractor will need to demonstrate secure connectivity and structure as this involves PHI data. Contractor must utilize UT Health RGV software through secured server for Revenue Cycle services provided. If the Contractor plans to subcontract any part of any work; contractor must provide a detailed description of how that work is to be accomplished and by whom. Offshore services will not be considered.
