NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) NO. 26-003

FOR PROFESSIONAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY TEAM MEMBER SERVICES

FOR SPECIALTY COURT PROGRAMS

FOR THE BERNALILLO COUNTY METROPOLITAN COURT

The State of New Mexico Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is currently requesting sealed

proposals from prospective Offerors for Professional Defense Attorney Team Member Services

for Specialty Court Programs for the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court.

The RFP will be issued on March 27, 2026. Anyone interested in obtaining a copy may access

and download the RFP from the internet, after 10:00 AM on March 27, 2026, at the following
