Overview

Summary

The work under this project consists of asphalt pavement resurfacing at various designated locations throughout the City. This is a standalone phase of a multi-phase infrastructure initiative. Phases Two and Three are independent of this solicitation and will be advertised as separate contracts. As portions of this project may be federally funded this phase and future phases must be in full compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act.

Background

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Monday, July 13, 2026 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/276766 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
