It is the intent of these specifications to provide to prospective proposers the requirements for Supervised Housing for Mental Health Consumers in a supportive environment and to provide a full range of residential services for fifteen (15) Mental Health Consumers who need assistance in living independently as required by The Middlesex County Department of Community Services, Office of Human Services.
