Submission Requirements

Proposals will be accepted no later than 2:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, July 15th, 2025. Proposals will only be accepted through Ion Wave.

Scope of Services

The selected consultant shall provide a full suite of engineering services, including:

• Site investigation and assessment
• Design development and value engineering
• Permitting (local, state, and federal, as applicable)
• Construction documentation and technical specifications
• Bid support and construction contract negotiations
• Construction administration and closeout support

Pre-Submission Meeting Details

A site meeting will be held in-person on site on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025 at 10:00AM. All parties interested in visiting the site on the above date must notify the URA at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the requested site visit, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the URA with respect to any conditions present on the Project Area.
