Description: NOTICE: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ #26-02 The City of Galveston is accepting sealed qualifications on a contract for Bond Underwriting Services.  Sealed qualifications shall be uploaded to the Purchasing Division online portal for solicitation submittals.
