REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS# 25-1016

PRESERVATION OF TOWN AND VITAL RECORDS

The Town of Wayland invites proposals to for the Preservation of Town and Vital Records that are in the custody of the Town Clerk’s Office. All RFP documents will be available starting Monday, June 2 ^nd , 2025 by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids . Proposals must be submitted electronically via www.commbuys.com before Thursday, June 26th, 2025; 2PM ET. A voluntary Proposer’s Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025; 10AM ET via zoom. A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, June 18th, 2025; 10AM ET. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6(d) the technical proposal and price proposal must be submitted separately. Additional information can be found in the complete RFP. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
