RFQ 2025-07 On-Call Bench of Consultants for Construction Management Services

The Solano Transportation Authority (STA) invites qualified consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOW) to provide On-Call Construction Management (CM) Services to the STA and its member agencies. The STA is seeking between three (3) to five (5) CM consultants to serve on the on-call bench.
