RFB - Triplex Rotary Mower

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites sealed bids for the purchase of a new triplex type mower to be utilized by the Golf Division. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, September 23, 2026, at the office of the Purchasing Agent located in City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL 61401; and at that time, publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Erickson Conference Room. Bid documents are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent and on the City website www.ci.galesburg.il.us. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations. Resolution No. 90-74 requires compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations. The contract award shall be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid properly addresses and complies with the invitation, and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg; price and other factors considered.
