Description: The City of Charleston Department of Parks is soliciting qualifications and pricing from contractors for preparation, repair and recoating of several tennis and basketball courts at multiple locations.  Contract term is for one calendar year with two one-year extensions at the option of the City. Bidders are encouraged to visit locations prior to providing bids. Sealed bids will be received until Friday, January 3, 2025 , at 2:00PM, at which time they will be publicly opened at 823 Meeting Street.
