CHANGE OF BID OPENING AND QUESTION DEADLINES

NOTICE TO ALL PROPOSERS:

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c) of the Local Public Contracts Law, you are hereby notified that

the Township of Lower is issuing this Addendum to revise the schedule for the above-referenced Request

for Proposals.

Original Dates:

• Questions Due: Thursday, October 31, 2025

• Proposal Opening: Thursday, November 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

Revised Dates:

• Questions Due: Thursday, November 14, 2025

• Proposal Opening: Thursday, December 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original RFP remain unchanged.

Proposers must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with their submission.

Failure to do so may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
