Description: INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened.  The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time. No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. There is No Security required with this proposal. The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. Andover is an affirmative action/equal opportunity purchaser.
