The City of Phoenix is seeking up to eight qualified consultants to provide Engineering, Environmental, Groundwater and Surveying services citywide on an as-needed basis for the Public Works Department Solid Waste Management Division from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030. Interested firms may submit on any or all the services listed in the Request for Qualifications. Firms must specifically identify in the Statement of Qualifications information sheet the categories and associated services for which the firm is qualified and interested in providing to the City.
