The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) intends to enter a onetime agreement with Qiagen LLC to purchase Qiagen QIAcuity Probe Kits required for the detection of immunofluorescent dyes of the targeted pathogen assays in wastewater surveillance.

This has been deemed a single source as Qiagen LLC is the only supplier that can provide these specific Probe Kits. The Environmental Lab has conducted extensive testing of these assay kits to validate our methodology and instrumentation.
