Project Description: Bid Detail26-026 - Price Agreement for Sand for Winter Sanding

The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain an agreement for Sand for Winter Sanding. The successful bidder must be capable of delivering a minimum of 500 tons in an 8 hour day. The estimated value is not to exceed $50,000.00.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B &amp;amp;amp;sect; 5. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than September 11, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. to Antonio D'Angelo@springfieldcityhall.com. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
