In preparation of our proposal for RFQ PR 9469 – Demolition of Unit 1 and 2 Breeching Duct at Indian River Plant, we would like to request an additional site walk prior to the bid due date.
After further review of the provided drawings, photographs, and project scope, we would like the opportunity to perform a more detailed field review of the breeching duct and surrounding work areas. The additional walk would allow us to verify existing conditions and further evaluate access, crane setup locations and working radii, rigging and pick locations, scaffolding requirements, demolition sequencing, material handling, and laydown/loading areas.
We would also like to take additional field measurements and photographs as necessary to assist with developing our demolition plan and accurately pricing the work.
