The City of San Antonio (“City”) is soliciting a request for street sweeper information. This information shall be used by the Public Works and Solid Waste Management Departments. The City is inquiring to schedule a demonstration and receive information about market available high dump sweepers, rear dump sweepers, 6 cubic yard sweepers, and 8 cubic yard sweepers. Interested Vendors may showcase mechanical and regenerative air sweepers in any size and design that it determines to be the best. Interested Vendors shall reply to this request no later than May 15, 2026, to schedule a time and date for a 1-hour presentation for the week of May 26-29, 2026, to demonstrate up to 2 sweepers. Should the Vendor choose to showcase additional sweepers, then the Vendor can increase its time by 20 minutes for each additional sweeper. A maximum of 5 sweepers shall be demonstrated by the vendor, which shall not exceed 2 hours.
