Bid No. 26/27-01NS, FRESH PIZZA & DELIVERY

Irvine Unified School District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the preparation and delivery of fresh-baked pizzas to various school sites within the District..

ANNOUNCEMENTS

District is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 11 am on February 17, 2026.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated.  Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.

Questions (RFI’s) regarding this Bid must be received in writing via email to Libni Zaizar at LibniZaizar@iusd.org by 11 am on February 9, 2026. Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District. The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Irvine Unified School District of Orange County,

California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as “District,” will

receive up to, but not later than, the above-stated proposal deadline, sealed proposals and required

samples at the place identified above for the award of a contract for:

RFP No. 26/27-01NS, Fresh Pizza & Delivery on February 17, 2026 at 11 am and

RFP No. 26/27-02NS, Asian Cuisine on February 18, 2026 at 11 am.

Proposal Documents will be made available on January 26, 2026 as a download at

https://iusd.org/about/departments/business-services/purchasing/current-bids-rfps. Bidders will

be responsible for reproducing all documents related to this RFP. All proposals shall be made

and presented on the forms provided in the RFP documents.

Any questions regarding proposal documents must be received via e-mail to the attention of Libni

Zaizar by 11:00 am on February 9, 2026.

Time is of the essence. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive

any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the bidding process. The award of the

Contract, if made by the District, will be by action of the Governing Board. No bidder may

withdraw any proposal for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of

the proposals.
