Request for Proposal (RFP): East Lyme Facilities Pest Control Services

The Town of East Lyme Public Works Department is requesting proposals for annual pest control

services for several Town Owned Facilities for 2026 with the possibility of extension. We are looking to

obtain the following pest control services for the following facilities:

Seasonal Insects (Ants, Roaches, etc.) Only:

-Brookside Farm Museum: 33 Society Road, Niantic, CT 06357

-Niantic Fire Station HQ: 8 Grand Street, Niantic, CT 06357

-Niantic Fire Station 2: 227 West Main St, Niantic, CT 06357

-Flanders Fire Station: 151 Boston Post Rd, East Lyme 06333

Mice and Seasonal Insects (Ants, Roaches, etc.):

-Probable Court: 118 Pennsylvania Ave, Niantic, CT 06357

-Field Services Building: 8 Capitol Drive, Niantic, CT 06357

-Community Center: 41 Society Rd, Niantic, CT 06357

-Public Safety Building: 277 W Main St, East Lyme, CT 06333

-Care & Share: 12 Roxbury Rd, Niantic, CT 06357

-Town Hall: 108 Pennsylvania Ave, Niantic, CT 06357

We are happy to schedule a meeting with you to visit the facilities, please reach out via email to schedule

a walkthrough, available by appointment, Monday – Thursday’s 9:00am – 3:00pm no later than Thursday

February 12th with the last available day for walkthrough on Thursday February 19th.

We expect the submission to contain enough information to perform a comparative evaluation of

expertise, scope of services (pesticide application plan), and costs between the proposals we receive, in

order to make a well-informed selection. Proposals will be accepted until Wednesday February 25th at

4:00pm EST via email aklose@eltownhall.com. Note if you do not receive a response email that the

proposal was received within one business day (Monday-Friday), follow up via email and telephone.
