A Pre-bid Conference will be held in person on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 01:30 P.M., CT.

A site visit will take place immediately after the pre-bid conference.

Second Site visit: All interested respondents are invited to attend the information session (second pre-bid) on December 2nd, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The meeting will be held at the Houston Airport System, Infrastructure Division Office (IDO), Building 111, Standifer Drive, Auditorium 1, Humble, Texas 77338. Immediately following the pre-bid conference, a site visit of the Pump Rooms will be conducted..

Project Description

The Houston Airport System (HAS) is seeking a contractor for the IAH Subway Efficiency Infrastructure Improvements project at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. This project aims to improve accessibility, upgrade interior finishes, replace de-watering pumps, enhance safety and air quality, and modernize the subway to current standards.
