The Work includes the following major items: the replacement of Air Release Valves (ARV’s) with appurtenances at 17 locations; the replacement of ARVs and Isolation Valves (ISV’s) including Inline Flushing Connections (IFC) with appurtenances for 7 locations; the replacement of ISVs including IFC with appurtenances at 41 locations in existing manholes/vaults per detail provided while maintaining/controlling the sewage flow. All work includes 65 sites for valves located on sanitary force mains or low-pressure force mains throughout the Mayo sewer service areas (SSA) in Anne Arundel County.
