Project Description

East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-call traffic control plan (TCP) preparation services to support upcoming projects. Work includes the preparation of project specific traffic control plans signed and stamped by a registered Traffic Engineer or a registered Civil Engineer who specializes in traffic engineering.

The anticipated contract start date is July 28, 2026.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on Friday, April 3rd, 2026. Completed proposals should be electronically submitted to: Amanda Lee, Associate Mechanical Engineer at amanda.lee@ebmud.com.
