Scope

It is the County’s intent to enter into contract with multiple qualified entities to provide local kenneling services for the Police Service Dogs. The Canine Section consists of approximately 30 working Police Service Dogs including German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, Bloodhounds and Labrador Retrievers ranging in weight from 50 to 125 pounds. All food, medications and supplements will be provided by Montgomery County. The County intends to make multiple vendor selections under this solicitation.
