The comprehensive assessment of the Utility Services Department and Water Quality will include a detailed business process analysis to document current processes and practices and identify opportunities to implement changes that leverage the cityworks software to streamline and improve the Commission’s enterprise asset and work management activities, resulting in more timely, accurate, and easy-to-access information and efficiency.
