Description: The City of Cartersville (the Community) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) to provide Right-of-Way (ROW) Acquisition Services for the Douthit Ferry Road Widening Project in Cartersville, Georgia. This project is funded in part through the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). All services shall comply with applicable federal and state requirements including the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act and GDOT Right-of-Way Manual procedures.
