The City of Hialeah is seeking bids from qualified elevator contractors to provide the modernization of two (2) electric traction passenger elevators at Hialeah City Hall located at 501 Palm Ave, Hialeah, FL, 33010. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, new equipment, controls, wiring, cab, interior walls, ceilings, and flooring, upgrades to the elevator rooms, connection to the existing fire alarm system, and any other item required for a complete elevator modernization.
