• Summary DPR is requesting proposals for on-call Landscape Architecture planning, design and related services including assessment, planning, design, preparation of planning and construction documents, and construction observation services. This solicitation includes Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) requirements through the City and County of Denver.

The City and County of Denver Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting proposals for on-call Landscape Architecture planning, design and related services. The work will typically consist of (but is not limited to) assessment, planning, design, preparation of planning and construction documents, and construction observation services related to parks and park facilities.

This solicitation includes Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) requirements through the City and County of Denver. For SBE-certified firms, please submit under SBE RFP proposal number 202581846 that was published simultaneously with this RFP. Proposers may NOT apply for both and will be disqualified if they do so.
