LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

Sealed bids for SITE LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS AT VAN ZYVERDEN BALLFIELDS will be received and opened for the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI at the LAUDERDALE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER LOCATED AT 612 22ND AVENUE SOUTH (2ND FLOOR) in MERIDIAN, MISSISSIPPI until 10:00 o'clock (a.m.,CST) Monday, December 9, 2024.

Project is located on Van Zyverden Road at the Van Zyverden Ballfields in Marion, Lauderdale County. Primary items of work include the addition of new field lighting and all wiring and other associated work to provide a complete-in-place system.

Bidding and Contract Documents may be purchased from the Engineer upon prior payment of a fee of $50.00, which is non-refundable.  Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations:

The Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County, MS reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County.

Each bidder must include with his bid, security in the amount equal to 5% of the total bid.  No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of bids for a period within 30 days.
