Overview

Summary

The purpose of this RFQ is to formally solicit a Master Developer with the vision, experience, and long-term commitment necessary to partner with the City in delivering a transformative, high-quality redevelopment of the Imperial Historic District. The City has bold expectations for redevelopment of this site. The outcome should be authentic to Sugar Land, rooted in its history, and unlike anything else in the region.

Based on submitted Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), the City will identify a short list of qualified Master Developers to participate in Phase II of the qualifications process.
