REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS Marquette County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) 236 W. Baraga Ave., Marquette, MI 49855 DUE DATE: Tuesday, March 6, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. EST

The Marquette County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) works collaboratively with local governmental units and community organizations, finding the best way to return tax-foreclosed properties to the tax roll. Much of the property the Land Bank acquires is blighted/nuisance property. MCLBA generally demolishes structures and manages its own inventory of parcels and builds new homes on a few sites each year. All of these activities increase the property values of the surrounding real estate. The MCLBA is seeking qualified Realtor(s) within the county to sell brand new homes being built, up to four in 2025. The ideal candidate(s) is someone who understands the market, workforce housing needs, and who specializes in the type of property that is being offered for sale. State of MI licensed Realtors and/or Brokers are invited to complete the below survey [link] and submit the information electronically to landbank@mqtco.org by March 6, 2025 at 3 PM. Four homes will be coming online by late summer/early Fall of 2025 RFQP ~ Land Bank Seeking Realtors
