2026 Concrete Projects: Various Sites Bid # 2057
This addendum becomes part of and modifies, amends, and clarifies Project Manual for the above-mentioned Bid. All
provisions and requirements of the Project Manual shall remain in effect except as specifically changed in this addendum.
Below is the list of revised items in Addendum #1 (items to follow):
1. CORRECTION: The quantity listed for 4-inch concrete in the Bid Form on page 43 is incorrect. The current Bid Form
indicates 1,095 square feet; the correct quantity for 4-inch concrete at Ottawa Park is 3,495 square feet. The revised
Bid Form following this page supersedes and replaces page 43 in the Bid Documents.
2. CORRECTION: On the current Detail Sheet within the construction drawings, the Construction and Tree Protection
Fence detail is incorrectly labeled as Detail No. 4. The subsequent Detail Sheet corrects this labeling error and shall
replace the existing Detail Sheet D-1 in the construction documents.
3. CLARIFICATION: The Construction and Tree Protection Fence detail is a general use detail that covers both tree and site
protection fencing. All fencing dimensions and quantities are noted in the plans and bid forms. No specific trees are
noted for dedicated fencing perimeter.
Receipt of this addendum shall be acknowledged in the Bid Form and by signing below and including a copy of this
sheet with your bid submission.
