This can be done via link on www.hawkins-weir.com/bidding-info and/or at www.QuestCDN.com. QuestCDN is a web-based platform for advertisements, bid document distribution, plan holder lists, and all information pertaining to the bid. Prospective Bidders should register at www.QuestCDN.com for a free ‘Regular’ membership. Enter Quest number 9633370 to access bidding information on the search page. There is a $22.00 non-refundable download delivery fee for a PDF copy (electronic) of the bidding documents. Bidders are responsible for any reproduction costs of the purchased contract documents. Bids will not be accepted from any Prospective Bidder who has not purchased contract documents through Quest CDN. A Pre-Bid Conference with non mandatory attendance by a representative of all prime Bidders for this project will be held at the Parks and Recreation Conference Room, 111 Opera Street, Suite A, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.  Directions to the site will be given at the Pre-Bid Conference and a tour will begin at the site after the meeting.
