Title:	2024 LOAN CAP X - CHLORINATION MODIFICATION - CONTRACT NO. 25-2002-04 (Eunice)

Listing Information/Advertisement

Louisiana Water Company will receive separate sealed Bids for the Chlorination Modification Contract No. 25-2002-04: Work Order No. L17-225-556. The work generally consists of the relocation of a waterline, the installation of a concrete pad and curb, the installation of an Owner furnished metal shed, the installation of a limestone drive, the installation of two safety showers and waterline, and the installation of a 1.5” SCH 80 PVC conduit among others.

Louisiana Water Company, Baton Rouge, LA will receive Bids until 2:00 P.M. local time, July 10, 2025, Louisiana Water Company, Louisiana Water Company, 8755 Goodwood Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA  70806. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.  Bids will be opened privately immediately after the specified closing time.  The outside of the Bid envelope shall be marked with the project title, name and address of the Bidder and current Contractor’s license number.

Complete Bid Documents, including addenda, for this project are available in electronic form and may be obtained from either Central Auction House (i.e. Central Bidding) at CentralAuctionHouse.com or by request through Owen and White, Inc. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs.

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.

Project to be constructed under a single prime contract. Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Commercial license in Municipal and Public Works Construction.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.  No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
