City of Lino Lakes (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of Birch Street Sewer Improvement Project. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 10:00 am local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Lino Lakes will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. Description: The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:
  • 3,500        S Y        Remove and Replace Bituminous Walk
  • 1        L S        Dewatering
  • 1        L S        Steel Sheet Piling (Temporary)
  • 1        L S        Sanitary Sewer Bypass Pumping
  • 125        L F        15” PVC Sanitary Sewer
  • 100        L F        24” Steel Casing Pipe (Jacked)
  • 1        L S        8” Temporary Water Service
  • 50        L F        Remove and Replace 16” DIP Watermain
  • 150        L F        Temporary Fence
  • 3,200        S Y        Turf Establishment
    • Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Lino Lakes shall comply with the provisions of the statute.

    Bids will only be accepted via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN.

    The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
