Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 07/15/2025 for RFP #
25-147:
Provide Engineering Consulting Services, Right of Way Acquisition for the Replacement of Bridge Street over Passaic River (STR. NO. 0700-H03), the City of Newark, Essex County & Town of Harrison, Hudson County .

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

• BIDDER MUST SUBMIT ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND TWO (2) COPIES OF THIS BID
