The 2021 US Census, American CommunitySurvey estimates approximately 4,623 residents. The City of Salem, Missouri, is a fourth-class city and operatesunder a Mayor/Board of Aldermen/City Administrator form of government, providing a wide variety of publicservices, including police, parks and recreation, a municipal airport, street maintenance, electric, water andwastewater treatment services.SPECIFICATIONSContractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor to complete the installation:Project: Digester aerator 1 & 2 control panel improvements in elevating new panels 6 Feet on platform• Build appropriate elevated deck with stairs and handrailing to safely access the elevated electric panelsutilizing treated lumber and pier blocks or a concrete pad(Quantity 2) Simplex panel for (1) 25HP, 34FLA, 460VAC, 3-Phase, 60Hz motor• NEMA 4X 304SS, live front, wall mount enclosure with 3-point padlockable latch panel to include:• Main non-fused disconnect with padlockable handle on door• TVSS• Condensation heater with adjustable thermostat• Pump circuit breaker• IEC starter with adjustable overload• Fused control power transformers• Off-On switch• Run pilot light• Dry contact: Running• Red strobe alarm light and horn with silence switch activated on pump overload• Terminal blocks for field control connections• AutoCAD drawings and electronic submittalsLabor, Mileage, and Materials for Service Technicians to:• Deenergize Power and LOTO for Safety• Removal of Existing Control Panel• Run New Conduit and Wiring to New Location (estimated 220 foot run/contractor will need to verifydistance for quote)• Cable Entry into New Panel to be Side Mounted• Mount and Install New Control Panel• Reconnect Power and Pump Cable• Test System to Ensure Proper Operation• Documentation and end user training as required• Project needs to be finished by 30 June 2026, if not then an estimated timeline to finish must be addedto the bid packet for consideration (FEMA may provide an extension)*Warranty of one year requiredThe City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes submitted, waive any informalities or irregularities in thequotes received, and to accept any quote which, in the opinion of the City, is in the best interest of the City.Project: Main breaker panel improvements in elevating new panels 6 Feet onto platform• Build platform 6 feet tall in shop to access these controls to be mounted on wall 6 feet up to be accessiblesafely from platform(1) I-Line MB panel (INTERIOR)-I-Line panelboardPanel consisting of:• 240/120V 3Ph 4W 60Hz SCCR: 65kA• Single main: 600AS/600AT/3P LG circuit• Breaker 80% rated• Main trip function: LSI• Main trip unit: Standard trip unit• Incoming conductors: 1 -
