Bid Opportunity: Lease of Former Meyerholz Elementary School Site

• The Cupertino Union School District is seeking proposals from qualified parties to lease the former Meyerholz Elementary School site, located at 6990 Melvin Drive, San Jose, California.

• Submission Deadline: August 8, 2025, at 1:00 P.M.

• Site Visitation of Meyerholz: Friday, July 18 between the hours of 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

• Submission Requirements: Three (3) bound copies, one (1) unbound copy, and one (1) electronic PDF submission.

• Proposers are responsible for reading the RFP in its entirety.
