Sealed Bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Peekskill, New York, until Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 11:00am at City Hall, 840 Main Street, Peekskill, New York 10566, and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in said office. No bids will be accepted after saidtime and date. The work for Bid No. 2026-05 consists of the rehabilitation of: Nelson Avenue Parking Garage at the intersection of Nelson Avenue and Central Avenue in Peekskill, New York. The work includes concrete deck repairs, structural steel repairs, masonry and façade repairs, staircase repairs, drainage repairs, expansion joint repairs, steel canopy and railing repairs, fireproofing restoration, fence installation, maintenance and protection of traffic, and associated work. The Project consists of a single Lump Sum Bid as described in detail in Section K, the Technical Specifications, and on the Contract Drawings.
