A quorum of the Millburn Township Committee is expected to be present at this special meeting for the purpose of conducting a closed session to discuss: Pending Litigation/Attorney Client Privilege - Fair Share Housing. The only formal action that is expected to be taken at this meeting is consideration of a resolution to enter into closed session as required by law.
